Peter F. Drucker

Biography

Peter F. Drucker (1909–2005) was an internationally prominent writer, thinker, and management expert who published more than forty books. He created the concept known as management by objectives. From 1971 to 2002, Dr. Drucker was the Clarke Professor of Social Science and Management at Claremont Graduate University. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest US civilian honor.
