Nahid Rachlin

Nahid Rachlin has published three novels, FOREIGNER (W.W.Norton), MARRIED TO A STRANGER (E.P. Dutton), HEART’S DESIRE (City Lights) and a short story collection, VEILS (City Lights). She has published at least fifty short stories in many magazines, including Shenandoah, Redbook, Prairie Schooner, and of course Virginia Quarterly Review. She had published essays in NYTimes, Natural History Magazines and other places. Her stories have been included in anthologies. She presently teaches creative writing at the New School University.
