Miriam Gamble

Miriam Gamble is a poet and critic based in Edinburgh, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Her collections include The Squirrels Are Dead (Bloodaxe, 2010), which won a Somerset Maugham Award, and Pirate Music (Bloodaxe, 2014); her third book, What Planet, is forthcoming (Bloodaxe, 2019). She has also received an Eric Gregory Award, the Ireland Chair of Poetry Bursary Award, and the Vincent Buckley Poetry Prize.
