Mariflo Stephens

Mariflo Stephens’s fiction is included in Worlds in their Words: Contemporary American Women Writers and her essays appear in The Barbie Chronicles: A Real Doll Turns Forty and Successful Writing Strategies. She has received grants from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and has won prizes from the Virginia Highlands Festival, the Irene Leache Literary Contest, and The Gamut at Cleveland State University. Her work has also appeared in the Washington Post, Iowa Woman, and Zone 3.
