Jessixa Bagley

Biography

Jessixa Bagley is an author and illustrator of picture books. She has a BFA in painting and printmaking. Her picture book Boats for Papa (Neal Porter, 2015) was a Junior Library Guild Selection, an ALA Notable, an SCBWI Golden Kite Award winner as well as the 2016 Washington State Scandiuzzi Children’s Book Award winner. Her picture book Laundry Day (Neal Porter, 2017) was a Junior Library Guild Selection and also received an Ezra Jack Keats Honor Award for Writing.
